i am hanane kai. a graphic designer and illustrator obsessed with everything that have to do with creating visuals.

i graduated in 2003 from Notre Dame University with a BA in graphic design
i worked for 3 years in Al Mohtaraf – Beirut Graphics, a design house with a uniqueness in handling high-end cultural publications and multi-lingual design while preserving the integrity of every language.
participated in many competitions workshops and seminars, in these last 3 years. to name some:
• l’Atelier du JE
attending a year-long workshop in personal development through several theatrical, relaxation, vocal, and physical exercises. the workshop ended in a 5 night theatrical play called: “w stor ma shefet menna”.
• Let’s comics
a competition inviting artists to talk about mutli-cultural societies. i was one of two to win a trip to Italy to attend the yearly Lucca Comics Festival
• Arabic Calligraphy Workshop with Ali Assi.
• Dialogue Through Comics.
i am so proud to be currently a partner in .:there for design… the vegan design studio.
